Account & Form Requirements:
A Water User Agreement is required for ALL accounts along with a Picture ID and Proof of Property Ownership or Rental/Lease Agreement.
For NEW Meters, we require:

Proof of Property Ownership or Rental/Lease Agreement
Wastewater Permit Recommendation:
from the Mississippi Department of Health. To apply, visit www.msdh.ms.gov and complete a Wastewater Application. (This is a requirement by the State of Mississippi; any fees required for obtaining this document are the sole responsibility of the customer.)
Setting Up Service:
Once all paperwork is provided to Cason Water, and our Water Operator has determined where the meter will be set, the office will provide a quote detailing the cost to set the meter at the location. All money is due before any work is started.
Optional Bank Draft:
Bank Draft is an optional service available after service has been established to pay monthly water bills automatically. There is no fee for this service.
Forms of Payment Accepted:
Cash, Check, Money Order, Debit Card, Credit Card.
(Debit and Credit Card transactions will incur an additional processing fee that is not charged by Cason Water and is non-refundable.)
