JULY 14TH: Due to work on the Nettleton Water tank. WATER PRESSURE may be lower than usual, this will just affect the areas supplied by the Nettleton well. Pressure should be back to normal July 15th.

June 28th: CASON/BIGBEE AREA ONLY flushing lines beginning at 10:30pm – until. Customers may experience low pressure while we are flushing.

Re: DO NOT DISCONNECT ORDER As you are aware, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, Governor Reeves issued a State of Emergency for the State of Mississippi. Under this emergency order the Mississippi Public Service Commission then issued a Do Not Disconnect Order to all Utilities in the State. This order was due to expire on May 15th, 2020, but has been extended to Tuesday, May 26th, 2020. At this time the order will expire and will not extended beyond this date. Thus, if your account is past due and delinquent, then your utility will be subject to termination starting Wednesday morning, May 27 th, 2020. The reason for this 11-day extension on the order is to give the customer time to make arrangements to bring their account to current. Please make arrangements to bring your accounts up to current status prior to 5 o Clock p.m. on Tuesday, May 26 th , 2020 to avoid any interruptions in your service.

May 4th: South end of Carolina Community roads that could be affected (Bailey, Jo Ritter, Old Carolina Road, Palmer Road, Powell Road, Van Buren/Carolina Road) flushing lines beginning at 10:00pm – until. Customers may experience low pressure while we are flushing.

May 1st Cason/Bigbee Area: 10:00AM If you are experiencing dingy water or low pressure, a few lines are being flushed at this time. Sunday May 3rd at 10:00PM Cason will do a complete area flush. Please be careful before washing whites.

March 31st 3:15 PM Emergency repair. Roads that will be affected: Bigbee Cutoff Rd, Blake Drive, Gilmore Lane, New Road, Old Hwy 6, Sargent Road Swan Drive and possibly Hester Cutoff Road and Guyton. CREWS at the scene. Please boil your water for the next 24 hours for precaution.

March 31,2020 Precautionary boil water notice has been lifted. If you signed up last year but did not get yesterday’s alert please sign up again due to the upgrade we have put areas in zones for alerts.

If you are currently without water (Bigbee Cutoff Road area) the gas company accidentally hit one of our lines. We are at the scene working. Hopefully this will not take long. You may experience dingy water please run your outside hydrants until clear then your inside cold faucets. You will not be under a boil water notice, this repair should be quick
