Several people have paid their water bills on a website that is not affiliated with Cason Water. Payments through these “random” websites take days for Cason Water to receive payment causing water accounts to incur additional fees and possibly a temporary discontinuance of services.
Cason Water cannot guarantee online payments will be processed in a timely manner unless you go to casonwaterdistrict.com and click the link to pay your bill. This will take you to a website called msezpay.com where you will:
This will access your water account and show you the balance due. You will be allowed to ONLY pay the amount due, no less and no more. If the website that you access does not show your account balance and prompt you to pay the exact amount owed, then you are not on the correct website.
Again, we cannot guarantee when we will receive online payments from any other website! If you prefer to continue to use these other websites, understand that unless the payment has been processed in Cason Water’s office by 5 p.m. on the 10th of the month, your water account will be charged a late fee.
As always, we accept payments by phone using a debit or credit card or payments in the office.
When in doubt, call Cason Water to ask questions. 662-256-2442
